Summary: After sevwral weeks, I returned and the elevator is still not working. I am not aure what the problem was but the lack of hot water runnikg from the pipes was a problem in Room 203.a room for 2 but 1 bottle of water provided, and the room was not cleaned as I had come.to expect abd.epxeirnce at Baker's Suites nhjǰǰǰǰj.

Summary: Room and everything was clean with nice touch of organizing all items. Staff was friendly, helpful with clear communication. AC was working but difficult to control or turn off. The bath shower knob was loose and falling apart. Please fix it. Location was ok, convenient to restaurants and small beach nearby.

Summary: This hotel in Simpson Bay is very well located with eating establishments, shops and beach within walking distance. Had a great room with 4 balconies. Room was very nice & clean. Great housekeeping staff, Christina & Joy, made sure of that and they were very friendly. Also at the reception Shanay & Alexia were very friendly and helpful.This hotel has no pool and there was no breakfast included; but since everything was within (walking) distance, that was not an issue for me. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Summary: Just came back from a 5 day stay and it was just what was needed. The property was conveniently located near several restaurants and a few feet away from the beach. The only drawback was the elevator being out of service, but the great customer service made up for it. Latoya was absolutely amazing and accommodated all of the requests and inquires that I had during my stay. She connected me to a taxi driver (Mr. Benoit) when needed. Provided me with information on where to eat and also what to do. I can’t say enough good things about her and the hotel as a whole. For my first time in SXM it was great and I can’t wait to go back.
